The Central Illinois Softball Association (CISA) prides itself on having a highly experienced and knowledgeable team of umpires. With several members boasting 40 years of umpire experience, they serve as mentors to incoming officials and help maintain high standards within the association. CISA's dedication to excellence is further demon
The Central Illinois Softball Association (CISA) prides itself on having a highly experienced and knowledgeable team of umpires. With several members boasting 40 years of umpire experience, they serve as mentors to incoming officials and help maintain high standards within the association. CISA's dedication to excellence is further demonstrated by the fact that a member has represented the association in the state finals every year since 2007, and that 10 members have been inducted into the Illinois Coaches Hall of Fame. In order to ensure that all officials are up to date on rules and regulations, CISA holds regular meetings before the start of each season to review both old and new rules and provide training to all of its members.

CISA assigns approximately 350 games every year and we have 55 officials in our association. We assign umpires for the following Central Illinois high school softball teams.
